If you live in the greater Chicago area or Midwest region, you can also come to our warehouse in Lombard, Illinois to pick up your tarp orders. SHIPPING METHODS

SHIPPING TIMES

1. Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. 2. All orders received on the weekends or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. 4. All orders received from Continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will be sent out via UPS Ground. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada will be shipped via USPS and a premium will be added.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Your UPS tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can go to our website and go to the track orders link at the top of the page. You can also get your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account tab on the top or bottom of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just login to your account to place additional orders, get tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains any out-of-stock items, we will immediately notify you by email or telephone to give you an opportunity to cancel, wait for the item to arrive, or send only the items currently in stock.

HOW CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER OR MAKE AN ADDRESS CORRECTION?

Due to our high volume all orders go directly to the shipping floor within hours. We usually cannot modify your order once it has been placed. We will be able to correct your order only of it has not been shipped out yet. Please make sure all information is correct before processing your order or call us immediately for instructions.

WARRANTY

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee, but it must be UNOPENED in the original package. We do not cover damage due to product abuse or any damage caused by normal wear and tear for any item purchased from us. Wholesale Tarp is not liable for any damages in connection with the use of the tarp, including any cost or expense of for replacing the tarp in question. Any defective tarp must be sent, shipping pre-paid, to Tarp Supply, Inc. at: 266 Eisenhower Lane North, Lombard, IL 60148, U.S.A.

Tarp Supply, Inc. does not guarantee any other warranty other than what is mentioned in this paragraph.
